Lou Evans is a singer/songwriter based in the San Francisco Bay Area.  He played professional baseball in the Miami Marlins Minor League system from 2001-2005. In 2005, he decided to pursue his burgeoning music career. An American Idol Season 4 contestant, lately Lou has been performing on the regular.   He also just signed his first record deal with Spectra Music Group, the largest Independent Record Label in the United States.  With that signed three year deal, he has become the new songwriter/powerhouse vocalist for the Pop-Rock band World5.  On March 8th, 2019, World5 released globally their first song Lou wrote/vocalized named “Be You”.
Lou writes, composes and performs soulful, soaring, beautiful/tragic melodies with elements of darkness and light. His songs are emotional compelling and vocally driven.
